Part of ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ's (ONA's) purpose is to promote community and to carry on charitable activities in and around ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ. (Aviva) is a fellow non-profit organization that provides compassionate support, therapeutic services, and guidance to at-risk children and families. Aviva is a neighbor to ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ and is located at the corner of .

In December 2023, ONA Board members Sharyne Snyder and Andrea Falco gathered together with other neighbors to serve a special holiday dinner with crafts for the families at Aviva.
